Returns & Refunds policy

All products sold by BURDZ-I Foundation are made to order. All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

No Returns or Refunds

Because each item is custom produced upon purchase, we do not offer:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds

  • Order cancellations once production has begun

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color or style preference

  • Items ordered in error

Damaged or Defective Items (Limited Exception)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a resolution, email support@burdzifoundation.org and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care

  • Items reported outside the 7-day notification window

Returned Packages

We do not accept returned merchandise.
Any items returned without authorization will be discarded and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Gifts

Gift purchases are subject to the same policy. No refunds or returns are available for gifted items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
