BURDZ-I FOUNDATION
Supporting military personnel, veterans and families through transition, connection, and community.
A home for every battle you don't talk about.
BURDZ-I Foundation supports military personnel, veterans and their families by providing local, personal support during and after military transition. We focus on connection, stability, and long-term belonging.
Our Core Values
Total Transparency
Every dollar is tracked, reported, and visible. We're accountable to our supporters and the veterans we serve. No secrets.
Mission-First
Veterans come first. Programs, partnerships, and operations exist to serve them; not the other way around.
Community-Driven
We partner with veteran-owned businesses, volunteers, and community supporters to amplify impact and create lasting change.

What Makes Us Different
Physical Presence: We're not just online; we show up at legion halls, VFWs, and veteran centers weekly. Same time, same place. Veterans know where to find us.
Real-Time Transparency: Donations, spending, and allocation tracked and displayed publicly. No waiting for annual reports.
Veteran Employment Integration: We incentivize businesses to hire veterans, creating economic opportunity while strengthening our community network.
The Direct Support Initiative
When an active duty member, veteran or their family faces hardship, we act.
How it works: Foundation staff and trusted volunteers meet veterans face-to-face at legion halls, VFW posts, and community centers. Conversations happen. Needs are identified. Decisions are made. Funds go directly to solving the problem; rent, utilities, groceries, medical bills, or even unexpected acts of kindness that restore hope.
Why it matters: Veterans deserve dignity, not bureaucracy. Our direct support model ensures help arrives when it's needed most.
